Our orders will be sent via our usual courier services until further notice. For your safety, parcels will be left at your address in a safe place and you will be notified of delivery via email. Customers are encouraged to choose a preferred safe place to avoid contact.
How Can I Track My Delivery?
Once your order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking reference number, simply visit https://www.myhermes.co.uk and enter this reference number to track the progress of your delivery, or alternatively email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org who are always here to answer any questions or queries.
When Should I Expect My Delivery?
We aim to despatch our products the next working day on orders before 2pm, (this can vary when experiencing high order volumes). Please expect delivery within 3-5 working days, at the moment this can be delayed due to the Covid- 19 pandemic. We only despatch parcels Monday - Friday. Opening hours 10:00-16:00.
When Will My Click and Collect Order Be Ready?
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected from your preferred store. Collections are available Monday - Friday. Opening hours 10:00-16:00.
Which Countries Do RB Deliver To?
At this present moment we only deliver to customers resident in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (the United Kingdom). We are working hard to deliver globally very soon.
