How Can I Track My Delivery?

Once your order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking reference number, simply visit https://www.myhermes.co.uk / or https://www.royalmail.com and enter this reference number to track the progress of your delivery, or alternatively email our Customer Care team at info@rileyboutique.com who are always here to answer any questions or queries.

 

When Should I Expect My Delivery?

We aim to despatch our products the next working day on orders before 2pm, (this can vary when experiencing high order volumes). Please expect delivery within 3-5 working days, unless you opt for the next day delivery. We only despatch parcels Monday - Friday. Opening hours 10:00-16:00.

 

When Will My Click and Collect Order Be Ready?

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected from the Redditch branch. 

Collections are available Monday - Friday. Opening hours 10:00-16:00.

 

Which Countries Do RB Deliver To?

At this present moment we deliver to customers resident in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (the United Kingdom).

 We have also opened our website to customers residing in the USA. Should you have any questions regarding international shipping please contact our HQ on 01527 758182. Please read through our returns guidelines if you are looking to place an order from outside the UK.
