2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions applicable to your purchase.
2.2. Customers are encouraged to read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Collection Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
2.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our business operations, services or applicable legislation.
2.4. Updated terms will apply to orders placed after the revised terms take effect.
2.5. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract without lawful grounds and any agreement required from the customer.
2.6. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
3. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
3.1. We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, measurements and availability information are accurate.
3.2. Our collections include clothing, footwear, jewellery, handbags and fashion accessories, some of which are available in limited quantities.
3.3. Product availability may change without notice, particularly where items are sold simultaneously through our boutique, website and live shopping events.
3.4. Adding a product to your shopping basket does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.
3.5. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you promptly and offer a suitable alternative, where available, or a refund for the unavailable item.
3.6. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
3.7. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale, discontinue collections or correct genuine product-information errors, subject to existing customer contracts and statutory rights.
Product Colours and Photography
3.8. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Slight differences in colour may occur because of photographic lighting, screen settings or display technology.
3.9. Product images are intended to represent the advertised item. Styling accessories or other garments shown in photographs are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
3.10. Minor manufacturing variations may occur, but goods must remain consistent with their descriptions and meet applicable legal standards.
Product Sizing
3.11. Size information and garment measurements are provided to assist customers in choosing suitable products.
3.12. Measurements described as approximate may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
3.13. Customers are encouraged to review sizing information or contact our team for guidance before ordering.
3.14. Our sizing guidance and complimentary styling recommendations do not guarantee that every garment will fit every individual in the same way.
3.15. Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is faulty, materially misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable statutory requirements.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK purchases.
4.2. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4.3. Delivery charges and any other mandatory additional charges will be clearly displayed before the customer completes their order.
4.4. We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time before an order is accepted.
4.5. Once an order has been accepted, we will not increase the agreed purchase price without the customer’s express agreement, except where permitted by law.
Pricing Errors
4.6. Occasionally, a genuine pricing, technical or promotional error may occur.
4.7. If an error is identified before an order has been accepted, we may contact the customer to explain the correct price and offer the option to proceed or cancel.
4.8. If payment has been taken for an order that we do not accept, we will arrange a full refund without undue delay.
4.9. Where a binding contract has already been formed, any pricing error will be dealt with in accordance with applicable contract and consumer law.
Payment Security
4.10. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or otherwise expressly agreed at the time of purchase.
4.11. Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
4.12. We may carry out reasonable payment verification and fraud-prevention checks where lawful and necessary.
4.13. We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance where payment authorisation fails or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
4.14. Any personal information processed for payment verification or fraud prevention will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
5. PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER
5.1. Customers are responsible for checking their basket, selected products, sizes, quantities, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout.
5.2. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods.
5.3. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
5.4. A binding contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, normally by issuing a dispatch confirmation, unless we have expressly accepted it earlier.
5.5. For Click & Collect orders, acceptance may instead be confirmed when we notify the customer that the order has been accepted and is ready for collection.
5.6. Once a contract is formed, we will supply the agreed goods subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
5.7. We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud or genuine pricing errors.
5.8. Where an order cannot be accepted, any payment already taken will be refunded.
5.9. Customers will receive appropriate confirmation of their purchase on a durable medium, such as email, in accordance with applicable law.
6. UK DELIVERY
6.1. We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom to eligible addresses available at checkout.
Delivery Charges
6.2. Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.49 for orders below £50.
6.3. FREE standard UK delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.
6.4. Free delivery eligibility is calculated using the qualifying order value after applicable discounts and before delivery charges.
6.5. All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, our designated delivery provider.
6.6. Delivery charges and any applicable promotional offers will be clearly displayed before customers complete their purchase.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
6.7. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
6.8. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on destination, Royal Mail operations, seasonal demand and other relevant circumstances.
6.9. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
6.10. If delivery is delayed, customers retain their statutory rights, including any applicable right to require delivery within an additional reasonable period or cancel the contract.
6.11. We are responsible for goods until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer, except where the law provides otherwise.
6.12. Where a customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may pass at an earlier stage as permitted by law.
Incorrect Delivery Information
6.13. Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery details.
6.14. If a customer identifies an error in their delivery address, they should contact us as soon as possible.
6.15. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the delivery process.
6.16. Where an order must be resent because of incorrect information supplied by the customer, reasonable additional delivery charges may apply, provided the customer is informed and agrees before the additional service is provided.
Missing, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
6.17. Customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrectly delivered or does not arrive.
6.18. We may investigate the matter with Royal Mail and request reasonable supporting information.
6.19. A Royal Mail delivery notification does not, by itself, remove our legal responsibility where goods have not been delivered as required by law.
6.20. We will provide any refund, replacement or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
6.21. Further information is available in our Delivery & Collection Policy.
7. CLICK & COLLECT
7.1. Customers may select Click & Collect where this service is offered at checkout.

RILEY Boutique
1 New Walk
Kingfisher Shopping Centre
Redditch
B97 4YP
Collection days: Monday–Saturday
Collection hours: 10:00am–4:00pm
7.3. Although our boutique opens at 9:30am, Click & Collect operates between 10:00am and 4:00pm to allow our team time to prepare orders and manage daily store operations.
7.4. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
7.5. Customers should wait for their collection-ready confirmation before visiting.
Collection Holding Period
7.6. Orders will normally be held for 14 days from the date of the collection-ready notification.
7.7. Customers requiring additional time should contact us before the collection period expires.
7.8. We may agree to extend the collection period at our discretion.
7.9. Where an order remains uncollected after 14 days and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, we may contact the customer to arrange collection, delivery or another appropriate resolution.
7.10. Paid-for goods will not automatically be treated as forfeited solely because the initial collection period has expired.
7.11. Customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation or reasonable proof of identity when collecting an order.
7.12. Where an order qualifies as a distance contract, collecting the goods from our boutique does not remove applicable statutory cancellation rights.
8. TELEPHONE ORDERS AND LIVE SHOPPING EVENTS
8.1. Customers may purchase selected products by telephone or through ordering arrangements promoted during our social media and live shopping events.
8.2. Products advertised during live events are subject to availability.
8.3. Commenting on a live video, expressing interest or requesting an item does not necessarily guarantee a reservation or completed purchase.
8.4. A purchase contract will be formed when the order is accepted in accordance with the ordering process communicated to the customer.
8.5. Where a purchase qualifies as a distance contract, customers will receive the cancellation rights and information required by law.
8.6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery, contact and payment information.
8.7. We may decline to reserve an item indefinitely where payment has not been completed, provided any applicable reservation terms have been communicated clearly.
8.8. Goods purchased during a live shopping event remain subject to the same statutory quality, description and fitness requirements as goods purchased through our website.
9. ONLINE RETURNS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
This section applies to purchases qualifying as distance contracts, including most orders concluded online or by telephone.
Your Right to Cancel
9.1. For most goods purchased through a distance contract, you have the legal right to cancel without giving a reason.
9.2. The normal cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
9.3. Where an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period will normally run from receipt of the final item in that order.
9.4. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within the applicable cancellation period.
9.5. You may notify us by email or post using the following details:
Email: info@rileyboutique.com
Postal address:
RILEY Boutique
Online Returns Department
1 New Walk
Kingfisher Shopping Centre
Redditch
B97 4YP
9.6. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but you are not required to use that form.
9.7. A clear statement identifying your intention to cancel is sufficient.
Returning Cancelled Goods
9.8. After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the relevant goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.
9.9. Unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to pay, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation, provided these costs were disclosed before purchase.
9.10. Customers may return eligible goods by post or directly to our Redditch boutique.
9.11. Customers should package returned goods securely and are encouraged to retain proof of posting.
9.12. Original packaging and labels are helpful when processing returns but are not absolute conditions of exercising statutory cancellation rights.
Trying on Clothing
9.13. Customers may reasonably examine and try on clothing to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, as they would ordinarily be permitted to do in a physical shop.
9.14. Customers should avoid handling items beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose.
9.15. Where handling beyond what is necessary causes a reduction in the value of the goods, we may make a deduction from the refund to the extent permitted by law.
9.16. Examples of handling that may reduce an item’s value include wearing clothing for an extended period, washing it, causing damage or introducing significant odours or stains.
9.17. Any deduction will be based on the actual reduction in value and will not operate as an automatic penalty.
Refunds Following Cancellation
9.18. Where a customer validly cancels a distance contract, we will refund the payments required by law.
9.19. Where the entire order is cancelled, this will normally include the original standard delivery charge.
9.20. If the customer selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the least expensive qualifying standard delivery option.
9.21. Where goods must be returned, we will process the refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, if earlier, receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back.
9.22. Where no goods need to be returned, or where we have agreed to collect them, the applicable statutory refund deadline will be observed.
9.23. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
9.24. We will not impose a refund administration fee for the exercise of statutory cancellation rights.
Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
9.25. Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where a specific legal exception applies.
9.26. Relevant examples may include:
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
9.27. Any applicable exception will be clearly communicated before purchase.
9.28. Ordinary jewellery, sale items and clearance products are not automatically excluded from statutory distance-selling cancellation rights.
9.29. These exceptions do not remove statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
10. IN-STORE PURCHASES — EXCHANGES AND CREDIT NOTES
At RILEY Boutique, we want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchases.
We offer complimentary personal styling advice and assistance in-store to help customers choose garments that suit their individual preferences and requirements.
Our 28-Day Goodwill Returns Policy
10.1. Customers purchasing eligible full-price goods in person at our boutique may request an exchange or credit note within 28 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions of this goodwill policy.
10.2. To qualify, items must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in their original resaleable condition.
- Have their original labels attached.
- Be accompanied by suitable proof of purchase.
10.3. Where the above conditions are met, we will offer an exchange or credit note in accordance with this policy, subject to any exclusions clearly disclosed before purchase.
10.4. We do not ordinarily provide monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases made in person.
10.5. This includes situations where a customer decides that an item is no longer wanted, has changed their mind or subsequently considers it unsuitable.
10.6. Customers are encouraged to try garments on and seek advice from our team before completing their purchase.
10.7. Complimentary styling services do not create an additional right to a change-of-mind refund.
Sale and Clearance Exclusions
10.8. All sale and clearance items purchased in-store are excluded from our discretionary 28-day goodwill returns policy.
10.9. Sale and clearance items purchased in person cannot be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund solely because a customer has changed their mind.
10.10. This exclusion is communicated to customers before purchase.
10.11. The exclusion applies to voluntary change-of-mind returns only and does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Discretionary Credit Notes
10.12. Credit notes issued under our voluntary in-store change-of-mind policy are normally valid for 28 days from the date of issue.
10.13. The expiry date will be communicated when the credit note is issued.
10.14. At our discretion, we may agree to extend the validity period of a goodwill credit note.
10.15. Any extension must be expressly confirmed by RILEY Boutique and will be considered individually.
10.16. We are not obliged to extend an expired discretionary goodwill credit note, subject to applicable law.
10.17. These conditions do not restrict a customer’s statutory entitlement to a monetary refund or another legal remedy.
11. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
11.1. We are committed to supplying goods that meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11.2. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose where legally required, and consistent with their description.
11.3. If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, please contact us with a description of the issue and reasonable evidence of purchase.
Email: info@rileyboutique.com
Telephone: 01527 758182
11.4. We may ask for photographs or arrange to inspect the goods to help assess the reported issue.
11.5. Where appropriate, we may consult the manufacturer or supplier for technical information regarding an alleged manufacturing defect.
11.6. Any manufacturer consultation will not remove or improperly delay a customer’s statutory rights against RB RETAIL GROUP LTD.
Statutory Remedies
11.7. Where goods do not conform to the contract, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
11.8. In many cases, customers have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, subject to the relevant statutory rules.
11.9. After the short-term rejection period, the customer may have rights to repair or replacement and, where applicable, a further price reduction or final rejection.
11.10. During the first six months after delivery, statutory rules concerning the timing of defects and the burden of proof may apply.
11.11. Nothing in these terms limits any longer-lasting rights available under applicable law.
Wear and Tear
11.12. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by failure to follow reasonable care instructions will not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.
11.13. Each reported issue will be considered on its individual circumstances and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11.14. Where goods fail to meet statutory requirements, we will bear any return or remedy costs that the law requires us to bear.
12. SALE ITEMS, CLEARANCE AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
12.1. RILEY Boutique regularly offers seasonal reductions, promotional offers, discounted products and clearance collections.
12.2. Sale, discounted and clearance products remain subject to the statutory consumer protections applicable to full-price products.
12.3. Reduced prices do not remove legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
In-Store Sale and Clearance Purchases
12.4. All sale and clearance items purchased in-store are excluded from our discretionary 28-day goodwill exchange and credit-note policy.
12.5. Customers purchasing sale or clearance items in person are not entitled to a change-of-mind exchange, credit note or refund under our voluntary goodwill policy.
12.6. This exclusion is communicated to customers before purchase.
12.7. Where a fault or characteristic has been specifically disclosed to the customer before purchase, this may be relevant when assessing whether the goods meet the contractual requirements.
Online Sale and Clearance Purchases
12.8. Sale and clearance products purchased through qualifying distance contracts remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights.
12.9. For most online purchases, customers have 14 days after receiving their goods to notify us of cancellation, followed by a further 14 days to return the items.
12.10. The fact that an item has been discounted, reduced or placed in clearance does not automatically remove these rights.
Statutory Rights
12.11. Nothing in this section affects statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
12.12. Customers retain applicable statutory remedies regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price or at a reduced price.
13. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SPECIAL OFFERS
13.1. Promotional offers are available only during their stated promotional periods and subject to any clearly advertised conditions.
13.2. Promotions may be restricted to selected products, categories, customers or purchase methods.
13.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
13.4. Promotional codes must be entered or applied in accordance with the instructions provided before completing checkout.
13.5. We are not obliged to apply an expired promotional code to a new purchase.
13.6. We may correct genuine promotional errors before accepting an order.
13.7. We may take proportionate action to prevent fraudulent or abusive use of promotional codes, subject to applicable law and existing contractual rights.
Buy One Get One Free and Multi-Buy Offers
13.8. Multi-buy promotions apply only to the qualifying products and conditions stated in the relevant offer.
13.9. Where a promotion provides a free or discounted item, the discount may be allocated across the qualifying items as shown at checkout or in the promotional terms.
13.10. If a customer returns only part of a promotional purchase, any refund will reflect the amount properly attributable to the returned goods and the terms of the promotion, subject to statutory cancellation and refund rights.
13.11. Customers will not be charged an undisclosed penalty for exercising statutory rights.
13.12. Promotional conditions, including qualifying products and any partial-return implications, will be communicated clearly before purchase.
14. BACK ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
14.1. Selected products may occasionally be available to purchase on back order.
14.2. A back order allows a customer to order an item that is temporarily unavailable but is expected to become available again.
14.3. Where a product is offered on back order, we will inform the customer of its availability status and provide an estimated restock or dispatch date where reasonably possible.
14.4. Estimated arrival dates are based on information available from our suppliers and may occasionally change.
14.5. If a material delay occurs, we will contact the customer to provide an update and discuss the available options.
14.6. Customers retain their statutory rights relating to delivery, cancellation and refunds.
14.7. Where an order cannot be fulfilled within the agreed delivery period, we will offer the remedies required by law.
14.8. We will not substitute an unavailable item with another product without the customer’s agreement.
14.9. A back-ordered item is not automatically exempt from statutory distance-selling cancellation rights.
15. GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
Purchased Gift Cards
15.1. Gift cards purchased from RILEY Boutique have no expiry date.
15.2. Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible purchases both in-store and online at rileyboutique.com.
15.3. Gift cards may be used towards the full or partial cost of eligible purchases.
15.4. Where a gift card does not cover the full purchase amount, the remaining balance may be paid using an accepted payment method.
15.5. Any unused gift card balance will remain available for future purchases.
15.6. Gift cards are not ordinarily exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
15.7. Any statutory cancellation rights applying to the purchase of a gift card remain unaffected.
Credit Notes
15.8. Credit notes issued as part of our discretionary in-store returns policy are normally valid for 28 days from the date of issue.
15.9. Extensions may be authorised at our discretion.
15.10. A goodwill credit note is separate from a purchased gift card and may be subject to different conditions, which will be disclosed when issued.
15.11. Customers who are legally entitled to a refund will not be required to accept a credit note in place of that refund.
16. LOYALTY REWARDS AND REFERRAL OFFERS
16.1. Any loyalty or referral scheme operated by RILEY Boutique is subject to its separately published scheme rules.
16.2. Points, rewards, referral credits and promotional benefits may have eligibility requirements, redemption conditions or expiry periods.
16.3. These conditions will be communicated to participating customers.
16.4. We may correct genuine administrative errors and take proportionate action against fraudulent activity.
16.5. Any changes to a loyalty scheme will be made in accordance with applicable law and the scheme’s contractual terms.
16.6. Nothing in this section affects statutory rights arising from purchases made using loyalty rewards.
17. WEBSITE ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
17.1. Customers may be offered the option to create an account to manage purchases and personal information.
17.2. Customers should provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
17.3. Customers are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect their account credentials.
17.4. Customers should contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorised account activity.
17.5. Customers must not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful or malicious purposes.
17.6. We may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security threats or serious misuse.
17.7. Any such action will be proportionate and will not remove statutory consumer rights or our existing contractual obligations.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
18.1. Unless otherwise stated, the RILEY Boutique name, website content, original photographs, graphics, written materials, branding and other protected content belong to RB RETAIL GROUP LTD or the relevant rights holders.
18.2. All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.
18.3. Customers may view, download or print website content for lawful personal and non-commercial use.
18.4. Customers must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
18.5. Unauthorised use of our product photography, branding or original promotional materials may result in appropriate legal action.
18.6. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to website visitors or customers.
19. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT
19.1. Customers may be invited to submit reviews, testimonials, photographs or other feedback.
19.2. Customers must not knowingly submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or misleading material.
19.3. We may moderate submitted content where reasonably necessary to remove spam, unlawful material, personal information or content that breaches published review guidelines.
19.4. We will not knowingly publish fabricated customer reviews or misleadingly alter genuine reviews.
19.5. Where we publish reviews or testimonials, we will comply with applicable requirements concerning authenticity, transparency and commercial endorsements.
19.6. We will obtain appropriate permission before using customer photographs or other submitted content in our marketing where required.
20. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY
20.1. We aim to keep our website accessible, functional and secure.
20.2. Website access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, technical problems, service-provider issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
20.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
20.4. We take reasonable steps to protect our systems and customer information.
20.5. Customers should take reasonable precautions when using the internet and protecting their devices and account credentials.
20.6. Nothing in this section excludes liability for our own unlawful acts, negligence or failure to meet applicable data protection or consumer obligations.
21. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
21.1. We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018.
21.2. Personal information may be used for purposes such as processing orders, arranging deliveries, responding to enquiries, preventing fraud and administering customer accounts.
21.3. Where permitted, information may also be used for customer communications and marketing.
21.4. Further information about the personal data we collect, our lawful bases for processing, retention periods, customer rights and relevant third-party providers is available in our Privacy Policy.
21.5. We will obtain consent for marketing or non-essential cookies where required by law.
21.6. Customers may exercise their applicable data protection rights using the contact information in our Privacy Policy.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
22.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability where doing so would be unlawful.
22.2. In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of statutory consumer rights where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Any other matter for which exclusion or limitation of liability is prohibited by law.
22.3. We remain responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where such losses are reasonably foreseeable.
22.4. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of a breach by us, except where the law provides otherwise.
22.5. Our goods are principally supplied for personal and domestic use. We do not accept responsibility for business-related losses arising from consumer purchases to the extent that such an exclusion is lawful and fair.
22.6. Nothing in this section restricts any refund, repair, replacement or other statutory remedy to which a customer is entitled.
23. EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
23.1. Occasionally, events outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil an order.
23.2. Examples may include significant transport disruption, natural disasters, serious supplier disruption or other exceptional circumstances.
23.3. Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and inform affected customers.
23.4. We will not rely on this provision to remove statutory rights relating to delivery, cancellation, refunds or other legally required remedies.

25.2. Important contractual information will be provided in a form that meets applicable legal requirements.
25.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us of relevant changes.
